This report is viewed in good light following the high level of environmental decadency in Owerri which is being compounded by the terrible stench of putrid essence posing a major health challenge in the overall health of Imolites. Cue the awe inspiring inauguration speech on May 29th, 2019 at the inauguration ceremony Owerri Imo State capital, this is a promise redeemed to the people of Imo State.

God Bless Imo State.
