ORLUZURUMEE YOUTH ASSEMBLY DISSOLVES EX CO…. SETS TO INAUGURATE NEW, BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Date:

The leadership of Orluzurumee Youth Assembly, OYA, under the leadership of Prince Arthur Uchenna Madumere has dissolved all Patrons and Patronesses of the organization appointed between 2020 and 2019.

A press release made available to newsmen Saturday and signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Ikemba Don Uba, KSP during their maiden 2020 National Executive Council meeting held in Orlu last Friday

“it has become pertinent, necessary, just and right that the national executive of this noble organization dissolve the patrons and patronesses appointed between 2010 and 2019. This is because they have failed in their duties to bring peace and harmony in the organization, having neglected to call the former National President, Precious nwadike to order over his sit-tight leadership attitude and his inability to hand over all properties and money belonging to the organization, despite all entreaties four years after his reign as the president of OYA.

Continuing, Ikemba Uba said, “Mr. President, for this few points and many others I would have stated, but for want of time, I seek for support from other executive members which will enable us to appoint Board of Trustees.”

Seconding the motion, the National Women Leader, Mrs. Steiner-Eunice Opara, noted, the suggestion by the National Publicity secretary is in order, adding, it would enable the organization to renew her spirit of oneness for optimal performance.

In his comment over the matter, the National Auditor, Hon. Engr. Obinna Ekeh gave his backing too to the motion is apt and uncontestable”. With every member of the executive supporting the motion, the National President, Prince Madumere, thereby pronounced, “since it has become pertinent that the patrons and patronesses are no longer interested in the affairs activities and progress of Orluzurumee Youth Assembly, there is no need keeping them as patrons and patronesses.

“With the power and authority bestowed on me in line with our constitution, I hereby this day, Friday, January 24, 2020, dissolve all the patrons and patronesses appointed between 2010 and 2019. In due course, we shall appoint new ones, who have at a particular point in time dimmed it fit to empower the youths around them.
