The Beatrice City Council has its third non-officeholder contender for the up and coming political race, as Timothy Fralin has petitioned for office in ward 1, the present spot of board part Phil Cook.

Cook has not petitioned for re-appointment as of Thursday.

Fralin was brought up in Beatrice, and moved on from Beatrice High School in 1987. He was an individual from the Marine Corps for a long time before moving back to Beatrice and began working at Neapco Components in 1998, where he is currently the stockroom coordinations and dispersion director.
