Police in Katsina have affirmed the salvage of 13 individuals from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) prior stole by criminals on March 9, along the Funtua-Gusua expressway. Isah stated: “The Divisional Police Officer, Makera, and his group reacted to the pain call and showed up opportune at the scene. The group looked through the close by backwoods and saved 14 travellers made up of nine NYSC individuals and five others while four corps individuals and another were whisked away by the escaping outlaws.” He said that the tireless security search yielded the ideal outcomes on March 11 when the group found the camp of the outlaws and saved the rest of the people in question. “The group succeeded and slaughtered six of the hijackers. Things recuperated from them incorporate, Ak 47 rifle, and one LAR rifle, seven rounds of 7.62mm and 12 rounds 7.67mm ammo were recouped from the criminals.”
