The coming together of political heavyweights from other political parties to support Senator Hope Uzodinma at the Supreme Court is an evidence of collapsing other parties for APC.
Disclosing this to newsman on Monday in Owerri after the Solidarity rally for senator Uzodinma’s Victory at the Supreme Court, the former Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon. Chris Oguoma stated that APC is a party to beat, going by its large family structure, adding that the large crowd that came out for the solidarity rally is a testimony of the support Imo people have for the party.
According to him, APC will win with a wide margin in subsequent elections with the acceptance people have for them in terms of administration and management, which gives them an edge over others.

He congratulated Governor Hope Uzodinma for the victory at the Supreme Court and swearing-in, assuring Imo people that with the vast experience and contact of the Governor, Imo will witness unprecedented development in all facet of the economy.
He frowned at the accolade given to the PDP, inputting security in the area, stressing that before the coming of PDP in the last eight months of their leadership, the immediate past APC government gave the state adequate security was the state won laurel as the most secure and peaceful state in the country, were activities of criminal and kidnappers are at barest minimal.

Continue, he noted that the then APC government paid civil servants their salaries as at when due, which the PDP government continued and also pension of retired workers, the APC government paid the backlog of pension, adding that what PDP did was to continue were the immediate past government stopped and not their own programme.
