I believe what makes a company truly great is profitability .in my opinion, many companies these days are focusing too much of having a friendly culture, appealing to sponsor and essentially the ‘politics’ behind the business and venture capitalization.

Many companies have lost sight of the ultimate goal of being profitable, first and foremost, making the company great means hitting those large sales numbers.

This is the key differentiating factors that many businesses bring to the market. Many potentially good companies are focused on culture, customer service, customer service, fancy marketing ads and so and misallocating their overhead to resources on that deter from their Bolton line.

I believe that is why these companies never reach their full potential and end up simply average or bankrupt.

But notwithstanding,  a company is where an employee or employer works together for the development of their professional satisfaction.

  • Keep encouraging people; it is very necessary to make an employer feel good about his/her working environment and to make that happen an employer need to start encouraging employees of his/her office so that they can work in a better manner.

Therefore, it is very necessary to encourage the employers of the company, through some kind of professionals or performance appreciation. All these things help an employee feel better or great in a company.

  • Learn from others; a company is where all the employees and their employers work together and deliver their duties with responsibilities. It is possible that these deliveries of duties will be benefited if they try to learn something from each other.
  • Create a healthy competition; working in a great environment may take some kind of positivity among employees and employers, but actually, these can happen by some kind of healthy competition among these employers and employees to perform better in their duties.
  • Communicate with other departments; there is a common kind of mistakes that most of the employees deliver, while they are working in the office. For example, an employee only communicates with his/her fellow department staff and never tries to communicate with other department staff. This kind of behaviour can make things very limited for that particular employee.
  • Avoid politics; a healthy competition among employees can create a healthy sportsman spirit within every employee, but there may be some employee who tries to start delivering their political knowledge in the office.

Some employees play politics between the employer so that there is some kind of misunderstanding created between them and ultimately that employee can benefit from kind of company politics.
