1. Always select fresh, ripe avocado with no dark spots, dark green skin and will be tender to
touch.
2. Do not refrigerate unless they are ripe and can stay up to 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
3. Raw avocado can be kept in the kitchen counter if you want to hasten the ripening process
and keep away from sunshine
4. It is best to squeeze lemon juice on it to avoid browning.
